Your booking is with J Bellis known as "the company". The deposit must accompany the signed Booking Form. The contract is binding only when the company issues its written confirmation and account. The balance of the holiday price must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure, or at the time of booking if within 8 weeks of departure.
1. A booking deposit of 25% of the total cost for the duration of your stay must be paid when booking. This is non-returnable in the event of any cancellation, notification of which is required in writing by post or fax, and signed by the person who signed the Booking Form. For any client booking within 8 weeks of their departure date, payment must be made in full.
3. The balance on our confirmation invoice becomes due 8 weeks before departure, and we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met.
4. The rental period is from 3pm on the day of arrival, up to 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated on our website . Any variation of these times is by prior arrangement only. Please leave the property, and all kitchen equipment, clean and tidy with the inventory complete. Should you fail to do so and extra cleaners are employed or items of the inventory replaced, the client will be held liable for all such costs incurred. The client understands and accepts this.
5. You are responsible for the keys whilst they are in your possession and for their safe return to the company, or if required, the local contact.
6. In the event of a signed Booking Form not being submitted with the deposit, the deposit itself indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions, which form a contract between you and the company.
7. Cancellation by the client. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. If the client cancels his/her reservation, no refund of deposit monies will be made. If cancellation is made after the full balance has been made, depending on the period of notice received by the company the following cancellation charges will apply,
8 weeks or more: 25% 6 - 8 weeks: 50% 4 - 6 weeks: 75% 0 - 4 weeks: 100%
8. Website Accuracy. All information contained on our website "http://www.marinaduquesaapartments.co.uk" has been compiled from up to date details and we have taken care to ensure its accuracy. There may however be occasions when an advertised facility is either modified or unavailable. Such situations may be dictated by local circumstances, necessity for maintenance, local construction work, water shortages, adverse weather, fuel shortages, power cuts, and other circumstances beyond our control. If we are advised of this, we will of course inform you as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable in such circumstances. It is important to remember that some facilities, perhaps such as beach restaurants, water sports, water parks, or swimming pools etc. may not operate at all times of the season.
9. Building/Construction Work and Noise Pollution. Building/Construction work are almost inevitable in certain resort areas. Unfortunately such developments are completely outside the company's control and the company does not receive advance notice of when they may commence. The company is not liable for any disruption, disturbance, inconvenience, or diminution of enjoyment of the client's holiday arising out of such building/construction work howsoever caused. The client understands and accept this.
10. Services and Resort Facilities. The company neither owns nor operates any airline or car hire companies. Whilst the company takes every care in selecting all relevant parts of your holiday, the company cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage howsoever caused. The client understands and accepts this.
11. Occupancy. The property is booked for normal holiday use only. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the company's brochure, unless prior permission is given for a baby cot or similar. Pets/animals are not allowed except by prior consent of the owners. Please ensure that on vacating the property the accommodation is left as you found it, clean and tidy, removing all personal belongings, food, groceries, refuse/rubbish.
12. Inventory Deposits. Sometimes a deposit is required to cover the cost of damage/ breakages. This is normally between €200, and can be paid on your arrival. The deposit will be returned to you on your departure, less any amount in respect of damage/breakages if applicable.
13. Conduct. All visitors are required to conduct themselves in a manner, which is acceptable to both the local management company, and to fellow visitors. Disruptive behaviour caused by loud music and/or late night/early morning rowdiness will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with this request will result in your being ejected from the property without notice. The client understands and accepts this.
14. Cancellation by the company. In the unlikely event of the reservation being cancelled by the company a refund of all monies paid by the client will be made. The company accepts no further liability in this regard. The client understands and accepts this.
15. Personal/Public Liability. Whilst the company takes every care in selecting all relevant parts of your holiday, the company cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage howsoever caused. The client understands and accepts this.
16. General. The property is reserved only for those people named on the Booking Form. Extra persons are allowed only with the Company's permission. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all their documentation is in order. Please check it carefully
